A driver was hospitalized following a vehicle vs. semi-tractor collision in Palmdale late Friday night, May 17, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic crash happened at about 11:30 p.m. along the northbound Antelope (14) Freeway, just north of Avenue S.
The incident involved a red convertible Toyota Solara and a white Freightliner semi-trailer. The Toyota driver was transported to Antelope Valley Hospital with still-unconfirmed injuries, while the truck driver was said to be uninjured.
