One person was killed, and three others were injured following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Sunland, Los Angeles, on Monday evening, May 11, 2026.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, crews responded shortly after 6 p.m. to the 11133 block of North Oro Vista Avenue.
Authorities stated that an SUV rolled off an embankment and into Oro Vista Park. Emergency personnel arrived to find multiple injured occupants near the heavily damaged vehicle.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman was transported to a hospital in critical condition, while a teenage boy, a teenage girl, and a man in his 20s were hospitalized with serious injuries.
The circumstances leading up to the rollover remain unclear. The identities of those involved have not yet been released, and investigators have not determined who was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
