A man in his 60s was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in south Los Angeles on Friday night, May 2, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash occurred around 10:10 p.m. as the pedestrian was crossing Wall Street at Manchester Avenue.
Authorities said the man was hit by a vehicle traveling westbound on Manchester Avenue. The vehicle continued driving westbound after the collision without stopping. Paramedics pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
