[04-28-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – One Killed in Crash Involving Work Truck on 15 Freeway in Ontario

One person was killed in a traffic collision on the 15 Freeway in Ontario early Tuesday morning, April 28, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported just before 5:50 a.m. on the southbound side of the freeway at Jurupa Avenue.

Authorities stated that a white SUV and a work truck were involved in the collision. One individual was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
