A two-vehicle crash involving a black Chevy Equinox and a white Toyota 4Runner occurred in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Sunday evening, April 20, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at approximately 7:37 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 76 and Old Highway 395.
CHP logs indicated that a Good Samaritan stopped at the scene and assisted pedestrians out of one of the vehicles.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are still under investigation, and the status of injuries has not been confirmed at this time.
