A 17-year-old pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Greenhaven, Sacramento, on Friday morning, April 19, 2024.

According to the authorities, the incident occurred at about 8:09 a.m. between Havenside Drive and Northlite Circle.

Reports indicate that an unspecified vehicle hit the teenager approximately 20 feet away from a stop sign.

The victim was found bleeding with their glasses knocked to the ground. They were taken to a hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.
