Moderate to major injuries were reported in a crash involving two trucks and a semi-truck in Bakersfield on Thursday morning, April 10, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, at around 9:31 a.m., officers were dispatched on eastbound Highway 58 at South Chester Avenue.
The semi-truck reportedly overturned as a result of the impact. The transition to H Street and Chester Avenue was closed while emergency crews responded to the scene.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
