[04-09-2024] Orange County, CA – Male Motorcyclist Killed After Being Struck by Vehicle in Santa Ana

A male motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Santa Ana late Tuesday evening, April 9, 2024.

According to the Santa Ana Police Department, the fatal incident occurred around 10:58 p.m. between Bristol Street and Central Avenue.

Reports indicate that an adult rider was heading north when he was hit by a vehicle making an eastbound turn.

The victim fell to the ground and suffered severe injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver stayed at the scene to cooperate with police. Drugs and alcohol were dismissed as factors in the fatal collision.

The authorities are currently conducting an investigation. Further details have yet to be released.
