A driver was seriously injured following a two-vehicle collision in Rosamond on Wednesday night, April 2, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a sedan and an SUV collided near the West Rosamond Boulevard and 35th Street West intersection at about 8:40 p.m. The collision occurred in front of the Dollar General store.
The SUV driver was reportedly driving recklessly before the collision. One of the cars ended up in front of the Rosamond Library. Reports said the crash also hit a utility pole.
The injured driver of the sedan was taken to a nearby hospital. Their current status is unknown.
The cause of the crash is being investigated.
