A 31-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Hayward on Monday evening, April 1, 2024.

According to the Hayward Police Department, the fatal incident occurred after 6:00 p.m. between Jackson Street and Grand Street.

The man riding the motorcycle was declared dead at the scene, while the 55-year-old driver was unharmed.
