[03-31-2024] Sacramento County, CA – Scooter Rider Injured After Being Struck By Vehicle in 27th and J Streets

A scooter rider was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Sacramento on Sunday evening, March 31, 2024. 

According to the Sacramento Police Department, the collision happened around 5:45 p.m. in the area of 27th and J Streets. 

Authorities stated that the victim on an electric Gotrax scooter was struck by a car. The rider sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the responding officials. 

Further information regarding the collision has yet to be released by the authorities.
