One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash in Long Beach early Saturday morning, March 28, 2026.
According to Signal Hill police, the collision occurred around 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of Orange Avenue and Willow Street.
One of the vehicles, a black car, crashed into the Long Beach Municipal Cemetery, a historic cemetery established around the year 1900. The person inside the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the incident, sending a truck and ambulance to the location. The truck remained on site for body recovery, while the ambulance did not transport anyone.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
