A two-vehicle collision sent a minivan crashing into an apartment building in the Green Meadows neighborhood of Los Angeles early Saturday morning, on March 22, 2025.
According to authorities, the crash occurred at approximately 2:24 a.m. in the 8800 block of South Central Avenue, near the intersection of South Central Avenue and East 88th Place. The vehicles involved were a Honda Civic and a minivan.
Following the collision, the minivan struck an apartment building, damaging the staircase that provided access to a second-story unit.
The Los Angeles Fire Department evaluated one patient at the scene. No additional injuries were reported.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s South Traffic Division is investigating the cause of the incident.
