[03-20-2026] Kings County, CA – Bicyclist Suffers Major Injuries After Being Struck by Truck Near Lemoore

A bicyclist sustained major injuries after being struck by a truck outside Lemoore in Kings County on Friday morning, March 20, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to the crash at around 7:30 a.m. on the eastbound Iona Avenue, east of Fairway Drive.

Investigators determined that a man driving a Ford F-150 was traveling eastbound on Iona Avenue when he collided with a woman riding a bicycle in the same direction.

The front right of the truck struck the bicyclist, causing her to suffer major injuries. She was transported to a hospital in Visalia for treatment.

The incident remains under investigation.
