[03-17-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Bicyclist Injured in Collision with Vehicle in Victorville

A male bicyclist was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Victorville on Tuesday afternoon, March 17, 2026.

According to the Victorville Police Department, the incident was reported at around 3:34 p.m. at the intersection of Palmdale Road and the entrance to the northbound Interstate 15 freeway. 

The bicyclist was riding eastbound in the crosswalk toward Greentree Boulevard when a driver, traveling north from Mariposa Road toward the I-15 on-ramp, collided with the rider.

The bicyclist was transported to a local hospital for treatment, though his condition and the extent of his injuries were not immediately available. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

At the scene, a small, teal-colored BMX-style bicycle was found with one tire visibly bent, and personal items, including a shoe, were scattered nearby. The bike displayed a small mock license plate with the name “Gabriel” visible.
