[02-25-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Motorcyclist Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on San Diego (405) Freeway in Long Beach

A 28-year-old motorcyclist, identified as Andres A., was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Long Beach on Wednesday morning, February 25, 2026.

The collision occurred at 6:53 a.m. on the southbound side of the freeway, just north of Long Beach Boulevard. 

The rider was pronounced dead at the scene.

No further details have been released as authorities continue to gather information to determine the factors contributing to the crash.
