A 67-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run collision while crossing Watt Avenue at Quail Park Way in Antelope, Sacramento County, on Tuesday night, February 25, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol North Sacramento office, the crash occurred just before 10:00 p.m. when the man was walking across Watt Avenue with a woman.
An unknown sedan traveling northbound struck the man and fled the scene.
The victim was transported to Mercy San Juan Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office will release his identity once his family is notified.
The woman who was with the victim was not injured in the collision.
