[02-18-2025] One Killed, Two Critically Injured After Rollover Crash on Highway 18 Near Joshua Road in Lucerne ValleyOne person was killed, and two others were critically injured after a solo-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 18 near Joshua Road in Lucerne Valley, San Bernardino County, on Tuesday night, February 18, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly after 10:30 p.m. when the vehicle overturned in a remote area off the highway.

Witnesses reported that the vehicle rolled into a remote area, making it difficult to see from the main roadway.

Upon arrival, CHP officers discovered the vehicle upright approximately 30 feet off the highway.

One occupant was rushed to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, where they later died from their injuries.

The condition of the other two occupants remains unknown as authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.

Desert Valley Towing was called to assist with the vehicle recovery.

No further details were immediately available as of Wednesday.
