[02-03-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Three Injured After Head-On Crash in Victorville

Three people were transported to hospitals following a head-on collision in Victorville on Tuesday afternoon, February 3, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol Victorville Station, the crash occurred at around 1:50 p.m. at the intersection of El Evado Road and Cholame Road. 

The collision involved a black four-door Kia sedan and a gray Chevrolet Z71 Trail Boss pickup truck.

Reports indicate that the pickup truck was traveling southbound on El Evado Road when it entered oncoming traffic and collided head-on with the northbound Kia. Both occupants of the Kia were injured in the crash.

Firefighters used extrication tools to free the driver of the Kia, who was trapped inside the vehicle. The driver and a male passenger were transported to local hospitals. 

CHP reported that the male passenger sustained critical injuries and was taken by ambulance to St. Mary’s Medical Center. The male driver of the pickup truck was also transported to a hospital for treatment.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
