[02-01-2026] Solano County, CA – Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Vehicle in Vallejo

A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Vallejo late Sunday night, February 1, 2026.

According to the Vallejo Police Department, officers responded just before 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of Broadway and Commercial Street. Upon arrival, officers found an unresponsive man lying in the roadway.

The pedestrian was transported to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries. His identity has not been released.

Police stated that the driver involved in the collision remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. Authorities indicated that alcohol or drugs do not appear to have been factors in the crash.

Investigators also believe that another vehicle may have been involved in the incident and said that the lead is actively being investigated.
