[02-01-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Three Killed After Major Traffic Collision on Highway 95 in Needles

Three people were killed following a major traffic collision on Highway 95 in Needles, San Bernardino County, near the California-Nevada border on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

According to San Bernardino County Fire officials, multiple emergency crews responded to the scene. 

Authorities reported that five patients were airlifted by helicopter to trauma centers for treatment. No information about their conditions was immediately available.

Officials stated that three additional individuals were pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of the victims have not been released.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
