[01-29-2025] One Killed, Several Others Injured In Sunnyvale Fiery Multi-Vehicle Crash, Speed Likely A FactorOne person was killed, and several others sustained minor injuries in a fiery four-vehicle crash in Sunnyvale late Wednesday afternoon, January 29, 2025. Speed was likely a factor.

According to the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety, the deadly collision occurred at approximately 5:07 p.m. in the area of Lawrence Expressway and Lochinvar Avenue.

When first responders arrived, they found one vehicle overturned and fully engulfed in flames, trapping the driver inside. Unfortunately, emergency personnel were unable to rescue them due to the intense fire. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

What A Lawyer Can Do For You

Many victims put off calling a lawyer even if they sustain injuries after an accident. However, lawyers can help you in many ways. They can provide you with police reports, CCTV footage, and witness statements to strengthen your case. Your attorney will also negotiate with insurance companies to get you fair compensation. The best part is that they will do all of these things for you at no upfront cost. So if you’re injured in an accident, hire a personal injury attorney to recover medical bills, car repair costs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
