Two drivers were killed in a two-vehicle collision involving a Ford Ranger and a Honda Civic on Highway 41 near Lemoore on Sunday night, January 19, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when the Honda driver, traveling eastbound on Lacey Boulevard, failed to yield at the intersection. It entered the intersection and was struck on the passenger side by the oncoming Ford Ranger.
Following the impact, both vehicles overturned after veering off the road in a north-easterly direction.
CHP reported that neither driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, resulting in both being ejected from their vehicles. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident to determine any additional contributing factors.
