[01-18-2026] Solano County, CA – Minor Injuries Reported in Second Crash on Westbound I-80 in Fairfield

A two-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 80 in Fairfield resulted in suspected minor injuries early Sunday morning, January 18, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred east of the Cordelia Weigh Station and involved a black Tesla Model Y and a red Toyota Tacoma. 

CHP said the driver of the Toyota sustained suspected minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. 

The investigation into both crashes is ongoing.
