One person was killed, and another was critically injured in a two-vehicle, fiery crash in South Los Angeles on Sunday morning, January 18, 2026.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at approximately 5:05 a.m. to 1359 W. Slauson Avenue.
Authorities said one person was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other victim was transported to a hospital with critical injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
