[01-14-2026] San Diego County, CA – Motorcycle Rider Injured in Crash at Ammunition Rd. and South Mission Rd. in Fallbrook

A vehicle collided with a motorcycle in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Wednesday morning, January 14, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 7:26 a.m. and occurred at the intersection of Ammunition Road and South Mission Road near Carl’s Jr. and Starbucks. 

Fire crews from the North County Fire Protection District responded to the scene, along with paramedics.

The motorcyclist was transported to Palomar Medical Center with a head injury. A tow truck was requested to remove the vehicles from the roadway.

CHP units remained on scene at approximately 8:00 a.m. as the incident was investigated.
