[01-07-2026] Santa Clara County, CA – One Killed, Three Injured in Collision at Condit Rd. and Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill

One person was killed, and three others were injured in a collision in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County, on Wednesday morning, January 7, 2026.

According to the Morgan Hill Police Department, the crash occurred around 6:10 a.m. near the intersection of Condit Road and Diana Avenue. 

Emergency crews transported three people to trauma centers, while a fourth person was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities did not immediately release the names of the victims.

The collision remains under investigation, but police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
